Sea silk is a yarn that is a combination of silk and SeaCell®. SeaCell® is a cellulose-based fiber using seaweed. Seaweed has been proved to protect the skin and have anti-inflammatory properties. This fiber’s healing properties are shared with the wearer. SeaCell® facilitates the active exchange of substances between the fiber and the skin – nutrients such as calcium, magnesium and vitamin E are released by the natural body moisture when the fiber is worn, thereby creating a complete sense of well-being. Its textile properties also offer advantages such as breathability and softness. Combine this with silk and the results are luxurious and appealing.
